Processing time varies depending on the toy and is included on the product page. Please contact us if you would like to find out if an item can ship sooner than what is stated on our website. We ship via USPS only.
Items that weigh 13 oz or can only be shipped USPS Priority. If your order weighs less than 13 oz, you will be able to choose USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. We ship to locations within the USA and Canada only.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and the security of your purchase is important to us. We collect basic information from you when you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering your toys. Read our complete privacy policy if you'd like to know more.  When you make a purchase, all supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database ( or Paypal.
Returns & Replacements
If upon receiving your toys, you are not satisfied for any reason you may return them unused for a full refund. You will need to pay the return shipping.
We build heirloom quality toys that are often enjoyed by siblings and even passed down to the next generation. In the rare case that a toy is functionally defective, we are happy to repair or replace it at no charge. Replacement rings for our ring stackers are available should they be lost along the way. Please email us for current prices on replacement rings.
